About Us

Welcome to GU Markets Cash & Carry formally known as Sweet Life Cash & Carry. Our stores have been around for over 50 years having been originally opened by Sweet Life Foods based out of Windsor Locks, CT at the time. Their goal was to open several locations to accommodate smaller businesses that were having a difficult time making minimum order quantities, as well as other independent small businesses. Today, we are a no membership small wholesaler with two locations, one in Hartford, CT and one in Springfield, MA, and we are opened to the public.
